Refund Policy

Letter kits are non-refundable once shipped, however you may stop future deliveries by canceling your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Simply email hello@whileyouarelittle.com.

If your letter kit is damaged during shipping, simply contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement at no cost.
